TRADITIONAL YOGHURT

Yoghurt is made of a 100% Cretan sheep milk and it is fresh with all the active beneficial microorganisms, with great nutritional value, very easy to digest, cool, light, without any preservatives.

It is used in food or dressing. It can be consumed on its own or with other foods such as honey, jam, preserves (quince-cherry), cereals and fruit and it can also be consumed as an excellent snack, breakfast, lunch or dinner meal.
